The Missouri Racquetball Hall of Fame

The Missouri Racquetball Hall of Fame is a new program beginning in 2011 that celebrates the rich racquetball history of the state of Missouri.  "There have been many great racquetball contributors and racquetball players from Missouri and now is the time to acknowledge Missouri's great history" states Shari Coplen, member of the Hall of Fame Committee.

Each year, the Hall of Fame Committee, which this year consists of Dan Whitley, Shari Coplen, Ben Koltun, Chris Wright, and Keith Hermann, will nominate 5 influential players and 3 important contributors from Missouri's rich racquetball history.  Members of the Missouri Racquetball Association will then vote on who will enter the Hall of Fame by selecting up to 3 players and 1 contributor.

But in this inaugural year, the committee has expanded the number of nominated players to 10, and the members of the Missouri Racquetball Association may select up to 5 nominees.

Each year at the beginning of April, the votes for the Hall of Fame class will be tallied, and the winners announced.  The Missouri Racquetball Association will then honor the Hall of Fame Inductees at the Induction Ceremony held annually at the Missouri State Racquetball Tournament.
